COURSE OVERVIEW

In this subject, students will learn the soft skills and basic clinical skills for those entering health care training programs or considering a career in health care. Students will also learn the developmental services worker core competencies and those required by all health care professions, including communication, infection control, and professionalism along with the steps to developing critical thinking skills of thinking like a health care professional.
